The Montage Extensible DataBlade Architecture

Summary: Montage Extensible DataBlade: a DBMS into which DataBlades plug in new data types, functions, and access methods to integrate diverse data with SQL-92/SQL-3. Extensibility enables third-party DataBlades, dynamic storage, and rules/alerters for cross-type queries. (summarized by gpt-5-nano on Feb 09 2026)
