An Algebra Of Quotient Relations

Summary: Algebra on quotient (partitioned) relations defined by equivalence relations on n-ary relations. As expressive as the relational algebra, it adds a set-processing capability that increases query flexibility and enables more efficient processing. (summarized by gpt-5-nano on Feb 09 2026)
