ALID: Scalable Dominant Cluster Detection

Summary: ALID uses Evolutionary Game Theory to detect dominant clusters via Localized Infection Immunization Dynamics (LID) inside a small region of interest, avoiding full quadratic affinity graphs. CIVS + ROI enable scalable, accurate clustering with O(C(a*+delta)n) time and O(a*(a*+delta)) space; PALID on Spark processes 50M SIFT in 2.29h with 7.51x speedup.
