Synergetic Community Search over Large Multilayer Graphs
Summary: Introduce the synergetic core, a multilayer cohesive-subgraph model enforcing both per-layer density and increased cohesiveness on the all-layer projection to capture communities missed by layer-only or projection-only models. Present a progressive enumerator and a dominant-layers trie (DLT) index to compactly store and traverse synergetic cores, enabling up to 10^5× speedups and superior community quality on real multilayer graphs.
