Efficient Distributed Transaction Processing in Heterogeneous Networks

Summary: RedT: a 2PC extension for heterogeneous networks (RDMA intra-DC, TCP/IP inter-DC), decomposing transactions into data-center–granular sub-transactions and using a pre-write-log to cut inter-DC round-trips.
