Modeling Concurrency Control as a Learnable Function

Summary: NeurCC learns concurrency-control decisions as a state-to-action function, encoded in an efficient in-database lookup table. Bayesian optimization plus graph-reduction search enables rapid adaptation to workload drift and consistently higher throughput than five state-of-the-art CC schemes.
